This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy applies to AceTheGrade (acethegrade.blogspot.com), operated by Saurabh Kumar. We take copyright protection seriously and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Equally, we actively protect our own original content from unauthorized use.


1. Our Original Content is Protected

All original content published on AceTheGrade — including class notes, MCQ quizzes, solved exercises, study guides, explanations, and blog structure — is the intellectual property of Saurabh Kumar and is fully protected under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law under the Copyright Act, 1957.

If you find any of our content copied, republished, or used without permission on another website or platform, please report it to us immediately using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will take swift action including filing a DMCA takedown notice against the infringing site.


2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content published on AceTheGrade infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on AceTheGrade where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, AceTheGrade will:

  • Review the claim within 3–5 working days
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is found to be valid
  • Notify the party who posted the content, if applicable
  • Maintain a record of the notice as required by law

We reserve the right to reject notices that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.


4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed from AceTheGrade in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its original URL on AceTheGrade
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will review and may restore the removed content within 10–14 working days unless the original complainant files a court action.


5. Repeat Infringer Policy

AceTheGrade maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Any user or third party found to have repeatedly infringed upon the copyrights of AceTheGrade or others will be permanently blocked from accessing this blog and reported to appropriate authorities where applicable.

AceTheGrade occasionally references NCERT textbooks, board syllabi, and other published educational material for the purpose of teaching, commentary, and academic explanation. Such use is considered fair use under Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and equivalent provisions under international copyright law. We do not reproduce full textbook chapters or substantial portions of copyrighted works.
